Two little song birds perching upon bamboo leaves, sharing stories and practising their songs. These two little birds belong together, amongst the leaves and the flowers, walking side by side through life.

Rosie and Bonnie are a beautifully restful, calming chinoiserie style art print set which will look perfectly at home in a bedroom, bathroom or any space that could use a little soothing influence. Soft colours calm the mind while the inquisitive birds spark imaginations.

Named after my two daughters, they make a beautiful duo displayed side by side, or in a master bedroom above bedside cabinets.

Inspired by ancient Chinese painting, these prints were originally hand-painted onto pure silk, using natural brushes for the finest precision.

The lighting, alignment and resolution of the original painting has been maintained using a precision scanner. This process creates a perfect reproduction of the original painting, including the soft texture of the woven silk and every fine brush stroke.
