Shipping & Returns

Every single order is handled with care and passion. I want you to have the best possible experience, and go to great lengths to ensure every purchase arrives quickly, and in perfect condition so that you can enjoy it as soon as possible! Please have a read of the info below to bring you up to speed with our shipping and returns policy.

All unframed art prints, mini prints and phone cases are available with free shipping, anywhere in the world. 

Please note that your order may be subject to customs delays and import fees depending on your country. Due to the pandemic, some worldwide orders could be delayed for up to 40 days. I therefore advise choosing express shipping at checkout if you need your order quickly.

Unframed art prints are usually dispatched within 2 working days. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail first class signed for; please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail or DHL, please allow 5-10 working days.

Framed prints are sent via Parcleforce or DPD; please allow 5-7 working days for delivery within the UK, and 14 days for delivery to Europe and the Channel Islands. I do not currently offer shipping to the rest of the world on framed art prints.

Shipping on framed prints is free for UK customers and £35 to Europe and the Channel Islands (Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey).

All art prints are sent on tracked services. UK phone case orders are sent untracked; international phone case orders are sent tracked by Royal Mail.

Mini art cards are sent untracked.

Phone cases, mini art cards and art prints are despatched separately, so if you purchase multiple items within one order you will receive them at different times.

I’m so certain you’ll love your order that I offer a free UK 60 day return policy on unframed prints and mini prints. International customers will have to cover the cost of their return (if you need help arranging this, we can book a courier on your behalf, for which you will be billed separately). As a guide, returns from the US typically cost around £20; rest of the world returns typically cost between £25-£40. Upon receiving your return, international customers will be reimbursed with £15 of store credit to use against your next order.

Framed prints are returnable within 60 days, you are responsible for the cost of the return and it is recommended that you use a tracked and signed shipping service. Please use all original packaging.

Kindly note that Limited Edition prints and phone cases are not returnable, unless damaged upon arrival.

To make a return, please email UK customers will be either be issued a postage label for either Royal Mail or DHL, depending on the size of your item. Royal Mail handle all items up to an 11x14 print; DHL handle anything larger.

Please return your item in its original packaging in perfect, saleable condition.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please let us know straight away by emailing You’ll be asked to return the item free of charge, and a replacement will be sent right away.

Most art prints won’t be subject to any customs issues as they are shipped via our studio in Germany. This means you’ll receive your order faster and more efficiently! This applies to our core art print collection only and does not apply to phone cases, mini prints, limited edition or framed prints, all of which may be subject to customs charges.

Phone cases are available with free worldwide shipping! For UK orders please allow 7-10 working days, for international orders please allow 14 days.

In exceptional circumstances, your order may take up to 30 days to arrive. If you’ve not received your order after 30 days, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help you.

With so many models and sizes of phone cases on offer, we make each case to order and they are therefore not returnable unless faulty. Returns are not accepted if you’ve ordered the wrong size case. If you realise you’ve ordered the wrong size, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help. If you’re unhappy with your phone case for any reason at all, please get in touch.
