Shipping & Returns

Free uk shipping / worldwide free over £150.

  • Standard shipping is free on all UK orders.
  • Express shipping is available on framed art prints.
  • If you cannot see express shipping options at checkout, it may be that you have another product in your cart which does not offer express shipping. 
  • Shipping is free for worldwide orders over £150, and £15 for orders under £150.  
  • Delivery aim for international orders is 10 - 15 days.
  • Depending on the product ordered, international shipments may be subject to customs delays and import fees. If your order does not arrive in the recommended timeframe please get in touch.
  • Framed art prints will not incur any customs or tax fees to the UK, US and EU
  • Phone cases will not incur any customs or tax fees to the UK, US, EU and AUS.
  • International standard mail is tracked and signed but can sometimes be subject to delays. Express shipping options are available at extra cost. To guarantee fast international shipping, please choose 'Express Courier' at checkout. 
  • If you cannot see express shipping options at checkout, it may be that you have another product in your cart which does not offer express shipping. 
  • EU customers may be subject to customs charges, with the exception of phone cases and framed art.
  • Unframed art prints are usually dispatched in 2 working days (On rare occasions this can take up to 6 days).
  • Phone cases are made to order and are usually dispatched within 5 working days.
  • Framed prints are made to order and are usually dispatched within 5 working days.
  • Large canvas prints take 5 days longer to dispatch than standard times.
  • Original paintings are usually dispatched within 1 working day.
  • Embellished art prints are made to order and may take up two weeks to dispatch.
  • Orders consisting of multiple different items may be dispatched separately.
  • You will receive a tracking number for each of your shipments.
  • Art prints, fabric, wallpaper and silk paper are sent on fully tracked services.
  • UK phone case orders are sent untracked; international phone case orders are sent tracked.
  • Mini art cards are sent untracked.
  • Phone cases, mini art cards and art prints are despatched separately, so if you purchase multiple items within one order you will receive them at different times.
  • We offer a generous 60-day return policy for prints up to the size of large. However, prints in the large size category and above are non-returnable. If you would like to assess the quality before making a purchase, you can request a sample.
  • Fabric and wallpaper is non returnable. I strongly recommend ordering a sample.
  • Limited Edition prints and phone cases are non returnable.
  • With so many models and sizes of phone cases on offer, we make each case to order and they are therefore not returnable unless faulty. Returns are not accepted if you’ve ordered the wrong size case. If you realise you’ve ordered the wrong size, please let us know and I'll do my best to help. If you’re unhappy with your phone case for any reason at all, please get in touch.
  • If your order has arrived damaged or faulty, please get in touch.
  • International customers will have to cover the cost of their return (if you need help arranging this, we can book a courier on your behalf, for which you will be billed separately). As a guide, returns from the US typically cost around £20; rest of the world returns typically cost between £25-£40. Upon receiving your return, international customers will be reimbursed with £15 of store credit to use against your next order.

To make a return, please get in touch here. UK customers will be issued a postage label for either Royal Mail or DHL, depending on the size of your item. Royal Mail handle all items up to an 11x14 print; DHL handle anything larger.

Please return your item in its original packaging in perfect, saleable condition.

If you live in a remote area we will contact you about an additional charge prior to proceeding with your order (normally within 1 business day).

If your artwork arrives damaged, please let us know straight away by getting in touch. You’ll be asked to return the item free of charge, and a replacement will be sent right away.
