A practical workshop for students of the Foundation Course (cannot be purchased seperately)

This workshop is designed for those who have taken, or are currently taking, my Chinoiserie Foundation Course and are ready to bring those skills together into a full panel and work at a larger scale.

I’ll show you how I design and scale a chinoiserie panel using the same process I use in my studio for wallpapers, murals, and large original artworks. Building on the drawing techniques, branch flow, and element studies from the foundation course, this workshop removes the guesswork from composition and scaling, giving you a clear, repeatable method you can use again and again.

Across two lessons, I take you from drawing a balanced chinoiserie panel on paper through to accurately scaling that design onto a larger surface, without grids or projectors.
